Here a few suggestions:
Mini-Pizzas English muffin halves topped with a bottled tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. These are best when browned in a toaster oven or in a regular oven.
Nachos Place tortilla chips on baking sheet. Top with shredded cheese (Monterey jack or cheddar are good; Velveeta works.
Tune Sandwiches.
Pigs in a Blanket Cut a slit lengthwise in a hot dog, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Grilled Cheese Toast two slices of bread.
Chicken Pot Pie Chop up cooked boneless chicken breasts (leftovers are best). Put them in a baking dish add large bag of frozen mixed vegetables and a can of cream ofcelery soup. Mix well. In a separate bowl; mix Bisquick baking mix and water according to directions on box. Pour the batter over the chicken/vegetable mixture and bake until the crust is done.
Soup and chick or turkey sandwiches.
Fruits, veggies, yogurt, trail mix, popcorn or pretzels.
Low fat milk, sugarless drinks or water

Cheese Quesadilla with veges:
1 large flour tortilla
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced bell pepper and/or green onion
salsa
sour cream
Put flour tortilla in heating skillet and top with cheese and veges. Fold half of the tortilla over so that the sides touch and turn it over. Cook on med until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and salsa.

a tuna sandwich.
it's easy to make, with just maybe half a can of tuna can make a sandwich right there. Tuna is a type of fish, and fish has protein in it.
