Recall a encounter with a couple brothers with a black police officer. As a rookie I watch this field officer, after several minutes of sparing back and forth, hit this man over the head with his night stick.
As I watch in amazement the man said "Do that again" and he did. After which he said "I got he message" and left.

Most likely because you were resisting arrest, running from them, or assaulted a police officer. In any case, you seem to be able to function normally, save for writing in all caps.

Assault & battery is against the law. Nobody is above the law. Police are civilians and subject to the law like anyone else. Go and get yourself a lawyer, file charges against that cop, and put him in jail.
