is i heard that when you dance you lose weight. is that true and advise i do work out to on the main floor doing other work out.

Dancing is a great cardio workout, it boosts metabolism and will help reduce weight. The longer you can keep it up the higher your metabolism will get and the more fat you will burn off.

That said, you should do some weight training, it will help keep you toned and will strengthen muscles you don't use on a daily basis.

Absolutely, dancing is an excellent workout. If you eat reasonably and do an hour of dancing three or four times a week, you will slowly lose weight and quickly tone up. That is an really good way to stay in shape, and it can be fun, too.
