Mohammad is The Profit, he never claimed to be God and the Islamic religion honors any religion that believes in one God. They are honoring the only God they just know him by a different name.
Pitting God against Mohammad is like pitting the Pope against God. Both would fall to their knees in prayer rather than make war against their God, and in those cases it would be the same God.

you should pair up god vs allah and jesus vs muhammad to be fair. God and Allah are exactly the same god so it's an uneducated question, like asking what would Thomas vs Tomas,
God vs God is no help, we could look at jesus vs muhammad, idk if muhammad had any magic powers like jesus did, if not he'd lose, if he did it'd be an even match and depend on who got the jump on who.
