Yes I am tired of nut jobs to, the world is filled with charlatans who want to pretend that they have psychic power when what they really have developed is a method call called "cold reading" which is taught to any carnival fortuneteller as a way to separate money from the "mark" which is what they call the person who's paying customer.

some people feel that a HUGE amount of fiction is derived from people who can, knowingly or not, see glimpses of various other dimensions and planes.
now combine the truthof that theory, with higher exposure of media versions, higher amount of people "seeing" the "other universes" and higher acceptance of real spiritual stuff being talked about....
result being alot of stuff like that, where someone might get a "real" impression, and their imagination take off and entirely misinteperet all of it into something much more dramatic or familiar or whatever.
as the thread has shown you, some people think that all of it is fake, which of course we know is not true.
Giovanni, please think a little. that "test" is designed such specifically so that the real stuff cannot complete it. its actually quite obvious that its so. personally my own speculation is that the people who have set that up *know* that, because they DO know that it is real. otherwise they would not be able to so effectively avoid completability.
personally I think that most of those like on tv, do have SOME ability, but that its not drastic and consistent enough as to make for a very good show or business, and they have to resort to non-real stuff to fill in the gaps.

The English X factor, (like American Idol), a medium entered because the "spirits" told her, "number 2"!
And she was TERRIBLE!
She did not get passed the first post.
And when questioned, her reply was, "oh it was the seat number, it was 208"
LOL
GET LOST!!
Sad delusional morons, the lot of them!

It's all obvious nonsense, just the same as the Nigerian lottery scam and that kind of thing. It's hard to believe anyone would be taken in by such foolishness.

Yes, really if you really had that gift wouldn't you want to help people without expecting pay. Maybe thats why i like the cbs televison show ghost whisperer, she can talk to the dead but never charges anyone money she just helps them because she wants to never expecting anything in return.

yeah it bothers me too.
people asking for spells that work, people asking if psychics can help them. people saying they ARE psychics.
here we are in a high tech era, science and technology coming out of the wazoo and the people still act as if they were 8 year old children. askind idiotic questions and beleiving in idiotic things.
too bad there is no law against gross stupidity.
