So far your day sounds fine, but it is what you have done with the rest of it that counts. There are a lot of people who eat healthy in the morning, and then exercise before work. When they get to work they end up eating 3-4 donuts during the morning meeting. Sit on thier backsides until lunch and either have fast food with fries or go to a fancy restaurant and have a heavy lunch with a couple of drinks. After work they will stop and have a couple of drinks to wind down, along with some snacks and then finally head home to eat dinner.

Like I said, your morning looks good, its the rest of the day that counts.

No that is nothing ... try my menu

In the morning I drank a 24 OZ hot chocolate from the corner store and a cereal bar with a 34OZ bottle water ...

I had 3 pieces of Chicken breast with mashed potaoes, coleslaw and 3 bisquetts...

In the office I had a whole bag of Hot fries and another 34 OZ of water ...

I plan on getting home and eating 2 twinkies, potato chips and 1/2Lb of fajitas ~ :)

That sounds about right, unless you're saying that's all you've had all day.

A yogurt and cereal bar is a great breakfast, but I'd add a piece of fruit to it next time.

Apple, popcorn and raisins sounds pretty big for a snack, but if you'd had the apple for breakfast it sounds good.

A lean cuisine for lunch is pretty balanced. It provides a balanced meal, but I wouldn't have one everyday. They are loaded with sodium.

NO, that isn't alot. Just remember that breakfast should always be your biggest meal, and they should get smaller and smaller as the day progresses. Here's an example of typical meals I have.. (each - is it's own meal)

Breakfast:
- Oatmeal with two slices of whole wheat toast
- Protein shake with fruit salad
- Omelette with lots of veggies
- Scrambled eggs on toast, and a handful of nuts

Lunch: (What I bring to school)
- Cheese and crackers, random fruits and some yogurt.
- Sandwiches (all natural peanut butter and bananas is my favourite)
- Trail mix and a salad.

Dinner:
- Veggie stir fry on brown rice
- All different sorts of pasta (with whole wheat noodles, of course)
- Homemade soup full of vegetable goodness

That is not a lot, especially considering the exercise you're doing. If you're calorie counting, you might want to skip the popcorn! I've been doing a 1200 calorie a day diet. I keep track of what I eat. You might want to try that to ensure that you're no under eating.

No, it's not a lot at all. If you decide to eat a few small snacks then excercise, it's actually really good for you! So, that's good; Plus, what you're eating is healthy, so that's good, too!

only if your 3 inches tall.. you should really eat more. with that kind of work out you should have more calories in your diet. heathy food is great but as with junk food all things in moderation.
