As funny as it sounds I checked it out in the mirror...looks like a tiny hole there. lol I know some people who have had systs removed from this area. Anyone know anything about it?

Cysts are very common in the area you are speaking of. Go to the doctor, and they will look at it and maybe prescribe some type of antibiotic. They may want to lance it open.
I am a nurse, so dont worry about me telling you some off the wall crock. People come in with boils, cysts, carbuncles and all kinds of things around there crack, anus, peritoneal area. Nothing is unusual. Just get it looked at soon before it gets bigger and worse. In the meantime, hot pack it over and over.

Alright my answer is going to be kinda gross. Its called a pillonodial cyst. This can be potentially bad, very bad. The last thing you want to do is wait on this and think its going to get better on its own. Ive asked doctors before what cause it, and they all say they really dont know why, but it typically occurs with harry people. If you allow this to go untreated... Ive seen large portions of peoples buttocks removed because they were embarrased to get checked up. Usually it can be treated with antibiotics, sometimes a surgical "wash out" is required, it is an infecion. GO GET CHECKED

That is an abcess that results when you have a bad sinus infection. Have you had the cold really badly or been very congested recently? If you have, try rubbing it with some neosporin, that should help ( and there's a neosporin that has a pain reliver in it). If you haven't had a cold or been congested then it could be a lot more serious and I'd suggest that you seek medical attention, you may have a fractured coxcix.

I have heard of cysts there too, but cysts are growths and would usually not cause a hole. Sounds painful.

Go to your doctor!

This should be looked at if you fear a cyst. It also could be a fissure tear caused by any kind of injury there. This could be
very painful, but it does heal itself and it does go away.
