because what you lost was water weight and muscle - which usually happens when you go on crash diet. then your body is not letting ANY fat reserves go because it thinks its not gona get any food soon.
you are seriously undereating - people in coma get more calories than that.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

It's been said elsewhere so I'll keep this short. You're not eating enough and are pushing your body into starvation mode. In this mode, your body will stop burning fat.
You need to trick your body into thinking that you're not starving while keeping your calorie intake low. Small meals on a frequent basis is the key. Eat your 1000 calories in 5 to 6 meals throughout the day. During your workouts, your blood sugar will drop so be sure to eat right afterward and to supplement with an energy drink during.
Be sure to take a multivitamin and drink lots of water too. Good Luck!

1000 calories a day is not enough food, thus your body is going into starvation mode where it holds on to every gram of fat it can.
Eat more calories, at intervals closer together [do not skip meals!] drink lots of water and keep up the exercise.
Stop focusing on getting the number under 100 lbs if you are taller than 5ft tall or under the age of 15. You need to concentrate on eatingh healthly and continuing to exercise not on makeing the scale go ever lower because you will end up being underweight and hurting your body by dieting.

If you got down to 100 pounds and haven't lost any more since then, maybe your body is trying to tell you something!!! You can't afford to lose weight!! Focus on being healthy rather than be stick skinny!!

I have the same problem and was told im not eating enough calories a day. My nutritionist has me eating at least 1500 calories in at least 6 small meals. Its very frustrating trying to eat this way but with the walking im doing every day and change of diet its this or surgery. I have a medical background that doesnt help me but maybe you should talk to a nutritionist and they can help you balance out your food intake with the right amounts of food.
