Oprah Winfrey would make an excellent choice for President. She could handle Commander-In-Chief. She is probably better than any of the current candidates running from either side.
Because she is not a politician she may see what the professional politicians don't see. The real needs of the people.
She would certainly be better than the current CIC.

Oprah can make more money from T.V. SHe feels she can do more there then leader of one of the most powerful nations in the world. The most harrowing task in life is ruleing over millions.

Let me add to your assessment of Oprah!! I don't think she has the skill or sense to pour PI$$ out of a boot. Read this, which I agree with:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Renowned metallurgist Rosie O’Donnell proclaimed on TV last Thursday that Sept. 11, 2001, was a more significant date than most of us realized. It was, in her words, ‘the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel.’ This, of course, came as news to steelworkers, blacksmiths, firefighters, manufacturers of samurai swords, and other fools who hadn’t realized that steel is forged in magic furnaces using dragon breath and pixie dust...O’Donnell focused on World Trade Center Building 7, which has become the grassy knoll for 9/11 conspiracy theorists. Asked if the government was responsible for its collapse, she coyly replied that she didn’t know. All she knows is that it’s ‘impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved’ and that, for the ‘first time in history, steel was melted by fire.’ Wink, wink. For the record, fire can melt steel, and buildings also collapse when heat weakens steel. But that misses the point. The point is we shouldn’t have to argue with crazy people. Regardless, it appears that not even the heat of ridicule can weaken O’Donnell’s steely resolve to make an idiot of herself.” —Jonah Goldberg

Oprah is a talkshow host, not a politician. She probably wont make a good commander in chief.

She is a tv host. She has no political experience on any level (to my knowledge).
Also, I would not vote for her because she is much too liberal in her views.
The best thing she can do is what she is doing now. She can help a lot of people in her current role. If nothing else, she is very giving.

"NO" absolutely "NOT"...........Although I think she's an "ANGEL" and I love her to bit's, she is such an Icon for both African/American Women, and "WOMEN THE WORLD OVER"...."SHE" is way up there in my opinion, I wish she was Brittish, so she could get her just desserts awarded to her....in the style and honor she deserves.....ie An appointment with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The 2nd, to be given Her Majesty's Royal Seal of approval, for her work.
"GOD BLESS OPRAH WINFREY"
P.S "GOD BLESS THE QUEEN"

Now that is a candidate I could get behind. Seriously, she is thoughtful on the issues that effect Americans and the world...as she spends the time discussing them on her show. She has a first hand knowledge of what effects a lot of Americans. Yeah, I could see it. :o)
