find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

well . . . it all depends on how old you are . . .
if you are between the age of 8 and 14 . . . then yes, cut down, and try not to eat as much . . . .
if you are between the ages of 16 and 24 . . . I'd say you might want to cut down . . .
and anything over that age . . . . mann! your thinn! lol
it also depends if you're active . . .
If you say, "Yes! I'm soooo active! Sports are my life!" . . . then you should eat more . . . .
but, if you are a lazy butt, and say, "Nahh, sports aren't my thing . . . " . . . then you should eat less, so that you burn off the calories that you eat . . .

Look in the mirror and ask yourself that question..if you say yes im fat ..then yes go on a diet if the answer is no ..then dont do anything about it

since ur name is shorty im guessin ur short lo lso a weight of 150 would be considere overweight for a girl under 5'9

it depends on ur height , is 150lbs roughly 75kgs. im thinking that it might a bit on the heavy side for any height actually, u might want to lose a little bit
