of frozen Tyson Chix soup, with carrots potatoes etc.. What do you add to make it edible. The chix was grainy and tough.

I've never used a frozen soup mix, but I'm wondering if you could simmer it a bit longer. The chicken may have been freezer burned and you might want to toss the ones that taste tough and grainy, or you might want to add some of your own spices and some cream to make it more palatable.
