I feel your pain so much. I have the exact same problem. I've seen mulitple doctors. Right now my doctor gave me this stuff that i'm only supposed to use for my face, but i use it on my back and its actually clearing up. Also a doctor can put you on a prescription medication that may do the trick. I don't know any home back acne remedies, but seriously a dermatolgist might do the trick.

Good Afternoon:

Yes, I do have an answer. I know for a fact that Clarins, Yves Saint Laurent, Laura Marcier, and believe it or not Neutregena have great skin products that combat and clean the skin. Their skin treatment is excellent.

Now--for all you "environmentally conscious" people "Stella McCartney--which is under Yves Saint Laurent, new organic skin care products are bar none. You can find such products at Sephora.com. I know that this product works first hand. I use her scrub and fragrance myself.

Now for people with sensitive skin--please--with out a doubt use "KenzoKi" by Kenzo. This spa line is one of Europe's top lines, and the active ingredients in these products are inspired by Asian botanicals. You have the Lotus line for dry skin, Bamboo line for normal to dry skin, Ginger line for oily, and rice line for softening and texturizing the skin. I love the Lotus and Ginger lines. The rice scrub, in my opinion, is the best for rough skin dry or oily.

You can fight acne both inward and outward with no problem. I am available to you, if you have any questions. I am ladygeorge on yahoo 360.

Try any one of these spa lines, and you will combat this problem systematically. You will see.

First off, I would suggest using some kind of washcloth or loofa sponge on your back that will rid it of dead skin cells. Use this with soap and water everytime you shower.

As far as productst to put on your back, Differin Gel works well. There's also an Acne rinse your determatologist can prescribe for you that works really well, but it's kind of expensive.

Well I am right where you are and I have some good experience. I usually use a good ice face wash for the face and then with the back you should get a loofa or a brush and scrub your back daily while you are in the shower. Scrub hard enough too, but too hard. That is what I do and it works pretty good. I hope that it works for you.

I'm not sure how serious it is for you, but i would suggest going to a dermatologist and asking about Acutane. I took it and WOW does it ever work! No joke! You will have dry skin for however long you take it, but just know that the end results are amazing! Seriously

Theres always Proactiv Solution. If you can't afford it try Klear Action [Acne Treatment System] It's about the same but cheaper. Works great, you might need somebodys help to rub the Cleanser, Toner then Treatment on your back at lease once a day.

My cousin is a beauty therapist, she has always sworn by a plant based product for oily skin, she uses warm water on her face first, and then puts on the soap, she washes it off with warm water. The warm water opens the pores and allows exfoliation to occur. By splashing freezing cold water on your face, the pores close. This sort of thing should also work on your back, in shower, try using a botanics sort of soap which is plant based.

get a loofa that can reach your back or if possible have someone loofa your back for you... it should get rid of all the dead skin that causes some cases of bacne. or go see a dermatologist and get some advice from them.

Sallicylic acid lotion dries up zits pretty quickly. Get checked out by a dermatologist because they can prescribe some really big guns that can clear up the zits.

Good luck kiddo!

Scrub your back with a cleanser that contains 2% Salicylic Acid... That will help a lot.
