i m obese and i really need to lose weight sorta fast. suggest me some good exercise tht reduce weight fast. esp excercise for the stomach cause my waisteline has grown beyond limit. i really cant control my diet, so plz dont suggest me tht.

Do as much cardio work as you can stand. Try to go for length of workout instead of trying to jog too fast or hard. The first 20 minutes consists of breaking down carbs and then your workout can begin to target fat stores.

Don't try to focus too much on your stomach as too much weight lifting will build bulk (this is especially true if you don't plan on dieting as well.)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

It's really not reasonable to expect that you can lose weight without controlling your diet. My hunch is that you aren't going to want to do the level of exercise that would be necessary to work off poor dietary habits. If your eating is really as hard to control as you say, you need to see your doctor to talk about options. It could be as minimal as techniques to trick yourself into eating less, to medications that make you feel fuller faster and on less food, or something more drastic like lap-band surgery or gastric bypass. I don't want to act as any sort of proponent for surgery, but exercise alone won't make you healthy if you're eating poorly.

To be honest there is no fast way of loosing weight SAFELY anyway. Think how long it took you to become overweight. From my experence the best way is to, cut out the crap eg. fizzy pop, crisps ect dont stop your self from having the occasional chocolate bar because you will binge eat. Drink loads of water and do light exercise for example swimming or walking it will work wonders you'll see. x
