All foods have nutrition. They have calories and therefore provide nutrition. Even junk food which doesn't provide much nutrition other than calories.
So basicly, the only foods that don't provide nutrition are non-fortified diet sodas and water.
I have strong belief that the actual question you asked isn't the one you meant to ask. You probably need a dictionary.

People just dont understand this concept. The closer you can get food to its natural state, the healthier it is for you. Cooking most vegetables takes away up to half of the nutrition, and when you cook/bake with fruits, I can gurantee there will be at least some form of sugar in there. Why make stirfry? its easier and healthier to just have a vegetable platter. And how about a fruit platter for dessert instead of that apple pie?

bananas are excellent. not only are they good for you but they help with all kinds of stuff. I drink alot of diet green tea and propel fitness water. Special k cereal with low-fat free milk is good. whole wheat bread. spinach salad. There is all kinds of good stuff out there. Experiment and see what you like.
