i am leaving for florida in 2 weeks, and i want better legs and a better butt. my legs and thighs are skinny and ugly, and my butt is flat!! what can i do to get thicker legs, thighs, and butt?

Sorry but in 2 weeks you won't see much of a difference. In the long run, weight training and cardio will help you build a great set of legs and a nice muslce butt ( = Run run run!!!
