Just about anyone will - if you pay them the retainer. You're not likely to get someone to do it on contingency, unless you have a strong case.

Therefore . . . if you can't find anyone in the phone book to do this on contingency, you don't have much of a case, so you'll have to pay out of pocket, up front. Expect to pay about $200 an hour. Probably $10,000 retainer, up front.

About the only thing you can sue an insurance company for is "good faith" failure to pay out on your own policy. So good luck on that.
