where are your fruit? and you need more veggies.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Your food choices appear healthy, e.g. the whole wheat bread (make sure it is real whole wheat, not fake), roasted chicken, veges, brown rice, etc.

However, you should have anywhere from 2000 to 2500 calories a day, and you should also get exercise, to both burn calories and to build muscle, which fuels your metabolism even when you are resting.

You should also build in some snacks, not just three meals a day. You should eat every 3 to 4 hours, have a snack of 100 to 300 calories, such as a piece of fruit plus yogurt (watch the sugar content), or half a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat or a protein bar.

Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. Check out the magazine "Men's Health" online which has more articles about this kind of thing.
