yesterday our family got into a fight so today we're having easter dinner with turkey and stuff. so should we have rice or stuffing?we dont have room for both and its a 50-50 split on the votes.i need your opinion.

Make the stuffing today(its better cooked with the turkey) and the rice with the left overs.

What is stopping you having rice IN the stuffing. cook it first.
I assume your making your own stuffing mix???
Stale bread chopped into cubes onions celery etc from any good cook book.
Be creative I add water chestnuts artichokes hearts and bamboo shoots. I make twice as much.. one for the bird the other in a large pan in the oven to brown and crispy and mix with the wet stuffing from the bird.
