The USS Arizona was destroyed by a bomb hit which set off the forward magazine. The USS Oklahoma was hit by several torpedoes and rolled over. The Arizona remains in Pearl Harbor to this day. The Oklahoma was righted and after being raised sold for scrap.
Nevada managed to build up steam and tried to make for sea, but was caught and was beached to prevent her from sinking in the harbor channel
USS California sunk to deck level, was raised and returned to action.
USS West Virginia also sank upright due to torpedo hits but it too was raised and repaired.
USS Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Tennessee were all quickly repaired within a few weeks of the attack as they suffered only minor damage.

the us arizona and oklahoma were two of the ships that sank. a lot of soldiers lost there lives that day over 1,000. I suggest you rent the movie pearl harbor, you wont regret it.
