chaffing and rash are due to irritation usually a moist area like under the breast, folds, even our genital areas. The best way to prevent it is to dry the area either by increasing the air flow around the area, or by repeated cleaninng them up with soap and water and drying it up with towel. Air dry if possible. Then apply a dissitin cream or cream that prevents rash. Corn starch can sometimes do the trick. Just avoid it to turn into a cake which could be a rich medium for bacteria or fungi to grow.

I use plain 'ol cornstarch from a box. It's cheap and it has no additives. I'm allergic to lots of things so it's nice not to break out in a rash from something I'm using to fix an already annoying problem.

Once you have cleared up the rash, start putting antiperspirant under the breasts every day. It really helps keep it from coming back.

guess this answer is different for men or women. if you are a woman, the best thing is a proper fitting bra. if this isn't possible right now, you can use powder. gold bond type ones are the best. i wondered what the best cure for the sweating under my breast was... turns out my bra didn't fit right.

Try using baby powder or Gold Bond powder. Never use any kind of lotion. It will just make it worse.
