I want to increase my fiber dramatically. More specifically, I want to do it with grains like bread. What brand/flavor of bread do you recommened that would help me with this health goal, but also taste good?

What brand/flavor of butter (or butter alternative) should I use on my bread?

Any whole grain bread is good. I use (I think its Land o' Lakes) Olive Oil spread.

Bread contains a lot more than fiber, if what you want to do is increase fiber I'd get a package of wheat germ and start adding it to your food. You can add it to most anything, including homemade cookies, muffins and breads. You can also do this with bran, but the wheat germ tastes better and has other nutrients besides fiber.
When shopping for bread, always read the ingriedients and look for whole grain flours. Avoid white flour and unbleached flour (white flour also, it just hasn't been bleached). Sprouted grain breads have even more nutrition, and I personally really like the flavor of them.

Butter will add lots of fat to your bread, but butter alternatives (like margarine, which is basically shortening with artificial flavor and color) are usually even worse so if you really want butter, use real butter. Try using a very thin smear of peanut butter or tahini (like peanut butter but made from sesame seeds). Avacado is also excellent smeared on toast.

The best really appears to be if you can make it your self. I like Oroweat Breads which is pretty good. But it depends on taste. There are some Jams with a good amount of fiber and I can not believe its not butter are 2 things to look at.

you can eat old fashioned oatmeal in morning an put some ground flax seeds in it. that would increase your fiber intake a lot.
