this one actually contains two: "from the bottom" and "of her heart"

prepositions start with words like from, under, above, in, of, through, etc.
the trick to see if it's a preposition is: take the preposition (from-------heart) and see if the sentence makes sense. in this case, michelle loved her dog is a sentence, so from the bottom of her heart is the preposition.

Some of the 60 or so English prepositions are: about, around, at, beside, beneath, between, ...etc.
