Hi All -

I ran a 10K last year, and it was an exhilirating experience. I want to run a 15K this year, but I haven't been religious with my training.
I managed to crank out 4 miles the other day - but with only a week left before the race - would you think it's feasible for me to run the 15K without killing myself?

Any help is appreciated!
Thank you!

I think you should go running some more and try to push yourself to see how far you can do. And if you are able to run quite well, then i think you should definitely run the 15k.
good luck

The enthusiasm of the event will probably enable you to participate...at your own pace and within your own time. Keep building up your endurance and have a great time!
