Yes I can, and no they don't. If there are any miracle pills to melt fat and turn us into gods and goddesses (well, I already am, but I'm modest), then it's not for public consumption. Keep doing what you're doing, you must be doing something right. Three stones since Christmas? I'm proud of ya luvie! Well done!

Take it from one who's been on almost every diet in creation...the ONLY thing that works best is portion control and exercise. You're doing the right thing. Just stick with it. If you stop losing weight, add more exercise until you start losing again. Leave all those pills, drinks, and gimmicks alone. All they do is make the rich richer and the poor poorer. If you want a free site to help you continue making good choices, check out www.sparkpeople.com. Lots of good stuff on there, with groups you can fit into and make new friends that can help you along in your weight loss journey. Hope this helps. <*)))><

They do work and are not intended for people who are say 20-30 lbs. over weight. They are intended for the morbidly obese person.

sounds like you are doing fine on your own! I should think they are a waste of money, but even if they do work, they are goingt o have side effects - all tablets do!
