one of the major oil pollutant is ultra low emission vehicles or carbon dioxide or new vehicles please help?

CO2 is not a pollutant ,it is the first part of Mother natures air recycling which is done by plants and photosynthesis. The plants don't care weather the CO2 comes from u or your car,it will clean it up. It has been doing it for millions of years ,that is where our supply of fossil fuels came from.
