Basically designing an olefins plants...lots of distillation towers and pumps...need to determine the pressure drop of control valves.

Told 30-60% of variable pressure drop = control valve pressure drop
Also Variable pressure drop is NOT..... ro*g*h

So i was told though that is the defintion of variable pressure drop.....not sure what to use
