Calories are calories. YOur body doesn't get used to the calories you eat. It isn't like exercising. You can eat the same thing for 10 years and still gain weight. Its god to eat different foods because while some foods are high in one vitamin they can be low in another so eating a variety helps balance them out and give you all the nutrients you need.

Eating the same meal isn't bad, but you need to pack in some fruits and vegetables in that diet. Protein is good for bodybuilding, but you need fruits adn vegetables to have a healthy nutrition.

I hope this is not what you eat cause your not feeding your muscle much unless your eating 1/2 the bird It doesn't matter if you repeat or not just get at least 1 gram of protein for every lb of body weight daily

Well, I understand that bodybuilder's often disregard their health to some extent in their efforts to achieve the body they want...I don't think having the same meal twice is bad, but I don't see any veggies listed in your menu above, nor do I see any fruit...or dairy...That cannot possibly be that healthy.

Not really because it goes by the amount of calories and protein in it. I would suggest though drinking a protein drink with your lunch, thats what i do.

nah...the body does not know of such things only the mind.
you need to add some form of protein to breakfast and you need to add some carbs with the eggs for lunch
your calories should come from 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats
