Now that question depends on where you come from.
I believe the only difference between the American Milkyway and Snickers bar is that one contains nuts the other doesn’t. However here in the UK the American Milkyway bar is very similar to our Mars bar. The British Milkyway Bar is some thing totally different. Snicker bars are the same the world over (I believe!!!)
Not sure that totally makes sense but oh well ;-)

Well the snickers has a slightly different taste to it and it has nuts in it.
