As long as you are sustaining your caloric intake you should be fine. Ideally you should be losing about 5-7 pounds a week on a healthy diet and workout. Just don't forget the more you work out the more you need to eat. So like for some major athletes 2500 calories is too little.

The recommendation for losing weight and keeping it off is 2 1/2 - 5 lbs a week. If you don't want to lose weight eat more calories then you use.

This is NOT safe. You shouldn't lose more than 2 lbs. a week unless being monitored by your doctor (i.e. severely obese). Losing weight that fast comes with a high potential of putting it back on later with even more pounds and severe health risks. 3 hours of aerobic exercise a day is excessive. You need to eat around 2,500-3,000 calories to maintain that exercise level. Try cutting back your exercise so that you lose about 2 lbs. a week. That would be healthier.

No. It should be around 1-2 lbss a week. A pound a day is probably water weight.

Not really. They say you should only lose about 2 pound a week max. You could be losing muscle mass as well as fat if you're losing that much weight that quickly.
Are you sure you're eating enough?

I think that is a bit extreme (that would be about 7 lbs a week). Most experts will tell you that the safest (and most sustainable) weight loss will be 1-2 lbs a week.

no, it is not safe. it's physiologically impossible to lose 1 lb of fat a day. if you are seeing a decrease of 1 lb on the scale a day you are losing water and muscle. the human body can only metabolize so much energy from stored fats in a 24 hr period.
I highly suggest monitoring your body fat and not focusing on numbers on the scale. it defeats the purpose if you are losing as much or more muscle than you are body fat
