Well, thank goodness she isn't dead. LOL

I would think that if she is cold all the time, even in warm weather, then there might be a problem. It wouldn't hurt to visit the doctor, just so that you are both not fretting over this.

Does she have problems with her circulation? Is she a smoker, or takes too much salt with her food? Any of these things, I think , might contribute to a circulation problem.

I hope you and your girlfriend can warm each other up soon. : )

I am the same way! I am only warm when it is 75 degrees inside and 79 degrees outside! People used to always tell me it was because I am thin and I don't have enough meat on my bones to keep me warm well both my sisters are what I guess some would call "thick" and they are the exact same way. Always sooooo cold.

That couple of minutes cools me off sufficiently to proceed on my way. chilly climate, even if, seems to pass into my very bones. whilst i'm out in chilly climate, it takes a protracted time previously i'm soft back. i come back to my heated abode, placed on a heavy sweater, have a warm cup of coffee or tea, and it nonetheless takes over an hour previously i'm ok. never did like the chilly, yet now that i'm older, it variety of feels worse. in step with danger that's thinning of the blood.

Poor circulation or not enough body fat.

Is she just cold in the feet/hands or all over?. I would get her checked out at the Doctors, is she eating properly, a lack of Iron can sometimes cause this as well as circulation prob. She may be diabetic as well. It maybe its just one of those things and nothing to worry about. To ease your mind(Iexpect you worry more than her) ask her to go to the Doctor.

it could be due to poor circulation or a thyroid problem one of my first syptoms of underactive thyroid was feeling cold all the time but that was me and it doesn't mean that she might have this, does she have any other symptoms at all or is it just the cold,i would personally get her to go and speak to a doctor just to rule out any medical problems.

I don't know why this is, but it appears most women tend to feel cold at the temperature us, men, feel comfortable.

Being anemic (low in blood iron) has a tendency to make one feel cold. A simple blood test will show this. Perhaps on next checkup, she can ask to be tested.

I always have cold feet. My family have a history of circulation problems so I assume it's that. You can try homeopathic remedies to increase and stimulate circulation, eating certain foods etc. Massage is also good. Try warming her up your self! Good luck! he he he! x

I was like that when I used to be a smoker. Bad circulation OR she may be too skinny, fat is what keeps the body warm.
