I read in a magazine that chewing each bite of food 20 times or more will help you lose weight.
Well, i have been doing this for 2 weeks now and it does work. I cannot usually even finish my meal.
Why is this and how does it work?
Thank you!

chewing your food makes you eat slower so there's more time for the message to go from your stomach to your brain that you're eating. then from the brain to the stomach that it's full. most people don't chew enough and eat too fast for the messages to go from brain to stomach to brain again.
