i need to get that summer look and i need to start now ! i want that type of bikini look.
I want my stomach flat, my but toned, and my boobs bigger. any ideas ? help is appreciated !

Are you thin already and just trying to tone up? I recommend a partner. It's too easy when working out at home to quit when the phone rings, or forgetting when the tv show gets interesting that you were in the middle of a workout.

Thats why I like to go to the gym. Once I'm there, I can't just leave. I have to stay an hour. And if I'm there with a friend and they are in the middle of an intense cycle--you don't want to interrupt them. It gives you something to motivate you.

To get that summer look, you'll need to do lots of cardio.
The butt comes from squats, leg lifts, lunges. The stair machine and biking. I have a DVD called "Killer Butt" that is fabulous.

To get the stomach you need to work the crunches. Contract and stretch. Do your crunches on an exercise ball or ab lounger. Crunch and then stretch it back out. Make sure to spend as much time on the obliques (side abs) by doing lots of side crunches as well. Also you need to hold your stomach in. The lower abs are the hardest to work so its important to hold them in during your workout to train them to stay that way.

Consider consulting with a trainer. They will be able to help you get an idea of how far you can push yourself without straining anything. But also how far you can go past the point when you wish to stop.
