Not sure if this is the one you are looking for, its called Oreo Cookies just put eyes on top.
1 pkg chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Roll in small balls and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

Filling:
2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cream cheese(soften)
2 tbsp soft butter

Cream together. Once cookies are cool put filling on bottom side of cookie and sandwich together with another cookie; then you could top with eyes for the monster. You could use any flavor of cake mix to make different colored monsters. Use a white cake mix and divide and add food coloring for different colors. FUN
