When making no bake cookies can you replace the cocoa powder with hot chocolate mix and have it still turn out the same??

No, you shouldn't. You should use cocoa powder.
If you use hot cocoa mix, you will need to cut back on the sugar, and it won't be as dark

No because the cocoa contains milk powder and sugar as well. You'll have to get some real cocoa powder.

It won't be the same, but the flavors shouldn't be objectionable. The hot chocolate mix has alot of sugar already in it. Reduce the amt needed in the recipe and go ahead.
