The more oxygen gas we produce on the earth's surface, the better it is for the ozone layer. what is it about the equation:

3o2 <---> 203

that favors producing more oxygen gas if you'd like to see the ozone layer hang around a few more centuries.

The ozone layer is at the very edge of space where the solar winds collide with earths magnetic field ,that is what creates it.
Normal O level is 20.9%
Low O level is 19.5%
high O level is 21.5%
Danger O level is 23.0% at this level everything will burn like it has gasoline on it.

The hole in the ozone is closing up. It's really not an issue anymore but there's more solar energy at the equator so naturally, more ozone would be produced there.
