Check with your doctor, but is it possible you have restless leg syndrome or sleep apnea? Both of those can disturb your sleep without you being aware of it, and sleep apnea does not only affect overweight people. Or of course, stress can also do it. You may be having dreams that disturb your sleep without realizing it, which may be caused by stress during the day. As always, try to eat right, drink enough fluids, get some exercise but not right before bed, and do something fun once in a while.
Good luck, I hope it works out.

Yeah Dude, I have walked the same road!!!!
- You have to start getting up at the same time, every day (even weekends)...it takes a while to get use to...but it is the best way to start.
- Make sure you are getting enough rest (sounds simple, but most people dont)
- Set the coffee maker for a few minutes before you get up, go pour a cup and go to the shower. (it takes about :30 minutes for caffiene to kick in).
- EAT A POWER BREAKFAST...FRUIT, CEREAL, some complex and simple carbs for some energy.
- If you can, get outside for a few minutes to get some fresh air- move and shake a little..
- The seasons are changing, it could be a seasonal thing with the winter and the weather ( guess, dont know where you live).
- good luck.

What time do you go to bed? You may just need more down time.
I also think we can change as we get older. I'm pretty sleepy when I first get up but in about 10 minutes I'm totally awake. I have another sleepy period between 5-6, then I'm ok until bedtime.

well all you got to do is get yourself a morning thing to do that is going to wake you right up in the moring. Or find something on tv in the moring that you like and that will also get you up and ready for any thing that is coming your today.

i would like u to stop using any energy drinks and limit your caffeine intake as they tend to have a yo-yo effect. start with a clean slate. aim for 7-10 hours of sleep per night
