An English theologian called Don Cupitt has specialised in this, working towards congregations where the terms of worship etc. are so undefined people can share the same liturgy and community while believing almost totally different things. (It's a trick done in political circles too)
It breaks down as soon as any definitions are attempted, (of words such as "spirit", for example)
But in any congregation there will be several different things going on at the same time, in the heads of those present, at the one service.
But it's fairly rare to "cross-check" on this: when I first did, I was astonished.

Excellent question!!! And so true, we do!!!
Indeed they can and do have more gods than they even can imagine! What they don't realize is that the moment that they are believing one single one of the thousands of lies put out there by the heads or members of various spiritual denominations, it is as bad as if they were drinking poison. As a matter of fact in is spiritual poison and the one and only true God only wants to be worshipped in spirit (from inside where you can't see with the physical eye) and in truth (as we make sure of all things).

God is not an elephant you poke in the dead of the night to see what it looks like while youre blind.
God is the Eternal. The only thing that is eternal, in the midst of all that is temporary. All that can die. All that can go away.
The Creator, is the only Eternal, and the only deserving of worship.

Indeed. There's two allegory Gods to biblically sort out:
Higher God: in "heaven": "higher than the heavens".
God on "high": in plural divided Law Law "heavens".
Ppl recovering from highs speak of higher power after.
Friend: I will never leave thee nor forsake thee: Grace
Enmity: I will forsake you, the city, your fathers: Law Law
Christ is our peace who hath abolished the law (enmity).
Merciful God: I will have mercy, and not sacrifice
Awful Lawful God: I bring division, and not peace.
Be ye therefore also merciful, as God in heaven is.
Grace us
Law Law them vs them
POINT: His "Grace" is neither of two "law"s in Mt 22:36-40.
More Excellent: neither broadmindead nor narrowmindead.
Ye shall "know" the truth ... shall make you free (of believe).
"The truth": My "grace is sufficient" (no law at all required).
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Knowing about mine would not benefit you. The best thing is to know about YOURS.
