I have a real sharp off and on pain in my lower right back. It sometimes moves around to the front. I didnt lift or strain or anything. Not sure what it is. Sometimes its dull and then other times its so sharp it like takes my breath away. Any ideas would be great.

There's many possibilities, you could have strained the muscles and you are having spasms or its kidney stones. You need to go to your medical doctor as soon as possible and have this checked out.

You could have disk problems and not e aware of it. Lower right abdomen is ovary, appendix area. You can sit in a chair the wrong way or get out of bed one morning and have this pain or problem. Get it checked out.

Sounds like your sciatic nerve, you should have an MRI done to see what is causing your problem.

if its your back its muscular but sounds more like a kidney problem
