Alright so the outer bottom corner of my eye has been hurting for the last few days. Its a little swallon and when I have someone look at it they say they can see like a little lump. I was told that it could be siniuses and I was recently sick. It hurts whenever I blink. Could it be allergies? Do you know what it is and if so what can I do to make it better?

It easily could be a sty. That happens when an oil gland gets plugged. They've always told me to use hot compresses (washcloth folded a few times with water as hot as you can stand) several times a day directly on the eyelid to encourage it to drain. It also is called eye acne, and often is treated with antibiotics. My Dr. says the compresses help about 90% and the antibiotics about 10%. If that doesn't do it the Dr. may need to do a bit of surgery to drain it.

You could have an eye infection. Go see a doctor before it gets worse.
