you should take some responsibility...being a big sister to a baby is fun! you should not have to have the crib in your room or get up at ungodly houers in the mornings for feeding or diapper changes....but play time and baby sitting every now and then is a good thing...you learn important life lessions by watching little ones.

Why do you need options? Your mom should be responsible for her own children. You are their sister. You should love them and maybe babysit occasionally, but you shouldn't be the primary caregiver. That is her responsibility. Your responsibility is to finish school and finish growing up. At 15, you are still your mother's responsibility too.

I think it would be great for you to help out with the new baby. Don't take all the responsibility as you are young and need to live your life too. Be sure to allow your mother enough time with the new baby, so they can build a good bond together. Good luck and best wishes!!!

You and your sisters and brothers are your mother's responsiblity. You can be a wonderful HELP to your mom not a parent to your siblings!

Good Luck and enjoy your younger siblings.

The parent is responsible for the baby. Not the sibling.
