How is Rwanda and Uganda coping with the aftermath of the genocide that took place just over a decade ago? Close to one million people killed in a three month period and no major world power, even those self procaimed " humanitarian countries" intervened. Could this be the type of occurance that breeds terrorist sympathizers?

But of course. If it doesn't effect us "directly" or the country doesn't have oil we don't pay attention. Notice I'm the only one so far to answer you and it's been 40 minutes since you asked this question. People don't care what happens in third world countries. It makes me sick.
