What does it look like for a grown man to leave a "note" expressing his interest on a female's car?

I'm 26 years old and I think she's about 21-24. We work for different companies in the same building, but i haven't had an oppurtunity to talk to her. (feeling like a 5th grader just thinking about it so please save the immature responses)

Depends how well you know each other. If she doesn't know you exist it could come off as stalker behavior because you recognize her car.

Now if you two had some sort of ongoing dialogue that would another thing.

Seriously, try to park next to her and leave at the same time. Make sure you are on her driver side, and put your briefcase in your passenger seat, if timing is just perfect, you might bump into her. Say hello and repeat several days later. Or just give her car a bump with your car and then you have a reason for leaving a note. No serious damage but an interaction has occurred.

Just ask her for her home phone number, and then call her about 5-9 days later and ask to meet her for coffee or something on a weekday. If she stalls, asks you to call back, doesn't give you her number, or anything hoakey, move on. If she gives you her number, accepts a meeting, or counter-offers for another weekday night or a Sunday, accept the counter-offer.

She's just a woman, and you're just a man. If she is interested in you, she will help you, and you won't have to try too hard. Get over yourself and ask for her phone number. Then get about 10 more phone numbers from about 10 more women. Eventually, you'll run into a keeper who really digs you. It's even easier than it sounds.

You might go on a few bad first meetings (coffee, ice cream, etc) and first dates (dinner, the park, the zoo, a museum), but even those are kind of fun, and you get to learn a lot about women by going out on them. Just don't spend a lot of money on them until you really get to know them, it's clear they really like you, and go slow so you get to know their character and attitude.

It can be very spooky for men to do that because it almost makes you seem like a stalker. Try to find a better way to meet this woman without scaring her. If you have any idea when she starts or leaves work, maybe you could "accidentally" be in the same area. Try to make small talk and see where that leads but go about it very carefully. By the way, is there anyone else who knows who she is? Maybe you could get an intro.

It may be seen as romantic but she may also be freaked!

You could try find out who she is, what office she works in, send some flowers..it might be a better approach.

The note may give the impression you've been watching her!

Well that is a possible way of making contact. Can't you send a memo by messenger to her office? People are curious by nature so send her a long stem rose with an invitation to dinner and see if she comes. Like a blind date.

That doesn't mean you immature! Just instead of a note try sending flowers and then expressing your thought on the card. That would be so sweet!

That would creep me out a bit... since you said you hadn't talked to her... ummm well if you want to take not the face to face approach maybe you should get her some flowers and have them sent to her with your feelings written down on the card..... or maybe you could even take the flowers to her in person and tell her.. up to you.

I think it's cool but what matters more is what she'll think. If you think she's even remotely interested in you, go for it. Some girls like stuff like this FROM GUYS THEY LIKE. If not, be very cautious. Women are weird and sometimes don't even know what they want. Just be prepared to apologize if she takes it the wrong way.
