You will be desperate.

If you are seriously thinking about suicide, please get psychiatric help immediately.

First, in the hospital if someone catch you in the earliest time and you might go back to the same world. If they are late, they will put you in the morgue and examine you for any foul play and put the suspects into anger for being implicated. But if no one is guilty, then you will be in the hands of your closest relatives making decision on whether to bury you along with the casket in the ground, cremate you and if you're a Tibetan Buddhist, maybe they'll bring you to Tibet and be fed to the Vultures on the mountain.
I am not sure if Jesus can read your note, he never learned English before he died; so, your letter should be written in Aramaic or Hebrew. Then he died 2500 plus years ago, I am sure his eyes had been long gone from his skull, so, he can't read it now. More so, he was not able to save himself from being killed. Although it was believed that he rose from the dead, he had been busy since then saving many other souls who are really dying as scheduled and welcoming them, I am not sure now if he will have time to notice an unannounced death of yours. With many people also dying the way you want it, there is a possibility your soul will be raffled as to who get to be noticed first if it is not on a first come first sever basis. So, think about it maybe it is better to really wait for your time to die. In the meantime enjoy your life and make every moment of it worthy of your time.

Yes, if you believed on the name of Jesus and asked Him to come into your heart and stay with you forever then you would be saved which means that you would go to Heaven. However, you would not be a very good testimony for God and if you were SAVED then you would want to be a good testimony for God above all else. So, the two things just don't go together. Once we are saved and Jesus dwells in our heart then pleasing Him becomes our number one priority no pleasing ourselves. It's something that just happens when we get saved. God opens our eyes to the truth and we no longer want to displease God in any way.

I don't have the right to judge, but I wouldn't be inclined to agree, for suicide is the MURDER of oneself. While murder is a pardonable sin, how can you get forgiveness for killing yourself when you're already dead? The note you wrote in your example was written while you were still ALIVE and had a chance to think your decision through. If you went through with the choice to kill yourself, you couldn't ask forgiveness, and the note would be meaningless.

If you truly believed in God and the teachings of Jesus and were in your right mind (ie not insane). You would not commit suicide, doing so shows that you do not have faith in God to lead you through your trials.
