"When your determination changes, everything else will begin to move in the direction you desire. The moment you resolve to be victorious, every nerve and fiber in your being will immediatly orient itself toward your success. On the other hand, if you think "This is never going to work out," then at that instant every cell in your being will be deflated and give up the fight, and then everything really will move in the direction of failure."

My 'being' is not made of 'fibers' and I object to using unnecessarily poetic language if you want a meaningful answer. Twisted and ecclesiastical language such as this is a tool which organised religions use to help ensure continued belief. I suggest you try to free yourself from it.
No, my spiritual belief exists in my mind. For some people it also exists in their emotions, but not me.

I think I can honestly say my spirituality exists in every fiber of my being. There are a few areas in my life that still bring forth a lot of anger in my soul when I think about them. I start to think of some "not-so-hot" solutions to address those issues, but I can't ever follow through with them.
My compassion continues to grow daily by always trying to be kind, caring, and loving in my actions, and I live what I speak. So yeah, it does. I wish you great peace and love! Annie

Odd that you should ask this. We just had a discussion about this very thing in our women's group yesterday. The discussion went something like Person1: Your testimony is knit into your very being by the Holy Ghost, therefore you can't REALLY stop believing anymore than you can simply not exist. Person2: When you have knowledge - real knowledge, not just belief in/of something, then that's true, but if you don't have real knowledge of something, only belief, hope, etc then you can deny it because it isn't knit into your very being.
My thoughts: I see Person 1's side, but I agree with Person 2. If a person has Spiritual KNOWLEDGE of a thing, then there is no way they can deny it. However if a person has only Worldly knowledge of a thing, then they can deny it because worldly matters can not be knit into our being. However, if we learn something spiritual out of something worldly, then that thing that was worldly knowledge is no longer worldly knowledge, but is spiritual knowledge.
Thanks for your question.

Nope, just my brain.
Which incidentally is tied to the rest of my being via nerves.
