I see nothing with my eyes... I see it with my heart and it is this nagging that you should do something and call someone, or do whatever you feel in your heart that you need to do.... 2 Corinthians 5:7 says "For we walk by faith not by sight"

It depends on what you are praying for. Some times "signs" aren't something you see, but a person put in your life, a feeling, or something you pick up in your daily "quiet time."
You have to be listening to be able to get instruction. And you have to be open to an answer that you may not expect.
