I wanted to know the dosage differences between adderall and dexedrine? If someone was on adderall 10mg 2x a day what would be the equivalent dosage if switched to adderall? Thank You

im sorry I meant to say switched from adderall to dexedrine.

I'm not a psychiatrist, so if you don't get any other answers here, you should ask one.

But... the normal range of dosage for adderall is 5-30 mg. The typical range for dexedrine is 5-60 mg. With that knowledge I would guess that 15-20 mg 2x/day would be equivalent to the current 10 mg 2x/day of Adderall.
