"The peace that passes all understanding" is offered to Christians by Jesus Christ. In the New Testament of the Bible, (Phillippians chapter 4) we are to pray, rather than worry.

You can be at peace with God, yourself, those you are in relationship with, and others in your life. It is very possible through a spiritual relationship with Jesus Christ, and through working to lower your stress level in your every day life.

I know, as I have found it for myself.

Which piece of the mind are you looking for? Just kidding. Read up on any Buddhist Philosophy info.
- The Art of Living: A Guide to Contentment, Joy and Fulfillment by The Art of Living
- The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living
-The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. - this is a very good and easy/quick read. I recommend it to everyone I know.
- The Tibetan Art of Living : Wise Body, Mind, Life: Books: by Christopher Hansard
- Bhagavad Gita by Khalil Gibran
You may want to have your shakras looked at and have them analyzed. Maybe get intouch with your celestial being by studying up on your atrology chart. And exercise (yoga maybe)so your body is also intune with your journy to inner peace.

be a creature.
mammals like to sleep, eat, and be active.
I find that when I am stressed, if i engage in these types of activities it keeps my mind at rest. I drink water, read, and try my best to relax.
You can only do the best that you can do.
Sometimes i read the tao (buddhist readings) and although I'm not a buddhist, they do help me feel better about the world around me and things that I can not help.
goodluck.

I'll show you how.....

(You don't experience the peace that is already here because you're searching for it elsewhere & because you think too much.)

Just right now, experience what it's like to end the search and to stop trusting your thoughts.... and just be here.
