You might ask mom to support your decision and to buy less of these to keep the temptations at bay. Maybe she could keep them in her room? It's hard to resist these things and sometimes we have to ask for help!

Instead of concentrating on what not to eat, try concentrating on foods you should eat and drink. Do you like grapes? Then pig out on grapes. I am sure you have learned allot about heathy foods in school. Pick out some of your favorite heathly foods and ask your mom to stock up on those. Then when you have had a handful of grapes that chocolate will be less tempting.

Also allow yourself one meal a week when you can cheat a bit. But plan that meal carefully if you know you are going to a party on Friday, don't pig out on Monday.

Weigh yourself daily. It keeps your mind focused. Also when you are tempted by something, think of it as five pounds on your hips - is that chocolate bar worth 5 pounds? And make sure to eat a large breakfast - your body will burn most of it through the day anyway. Carbohydrate rich breakfasts (toast, most cereals, muffins) keep you from craving sugar through the day.

It doesn't matter WHAT you eat when it comes to weight, it depends on how MUCH and EXERCISE. Try eating half of a normal meal instead of a full meal, only take five cookies instead of ten, etc. And don't forget to exercise! Do jumping jacks, jump rope, jogging around the house or block, swimming, etc. Or sign up at a local gym. Good luck!

Deep respiration at cases might additionally help to collect oneself, and smash the assumption-continuity. If we've adequate persistence, something might stick to. If we are too wanting to try this, please attempt breath gazing collectively as making use of a motor vehicle (at the beginning in a miles less crowded or much less risky highway). the outcomes are almost magnified slightly extraordinarily. maximum suitable desires.

Reward yourself if you stay away from the chocolate -- go get a pedicure or massage if you don't touch the chocolate or fatty foods. Look forward to the long term goals.

Good Luck!

It's likely that you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while using a meal so you're not gulping down more than you'll want to feel full.

The thing I used all my life was a full length mirror in the bathroom. It is a daily reminder of exactly what I look like and reinforces my diet plans.
