Can someone please post any Freeware UnZip Programs for Windows XP?

If my WIN XP Home has winzip installed, can someone please tell me how/where to find it and use it? Each time I try to unzip something it says it's unable to and I need something to unzip it.
What is the program that comes with XP called that unzips programs?
