Swimming is the best exercise ever, it's the only one that works all your muscles at the same time.

Walking is great, not too strenuous and not too sedintary. It gives you a good mix of cardio, but also gives you an all over workout. It all depends on what you're looking for. You seem to be at an ideal weight actually, so if you're just looking into firming up you may want to try some weight training or toning exercises. You'd have to be more specific on what goal you're trying to achieve in order for me to be more specific on what to do. Sorry. I'm assuming you're a female too, is this correct?

Like speed? As in going fast? Look into Inline Speed Skating. Can be done indoors, outdoors on a team with a group or alone.

Indoor you can reach 30'ish mph depending on the rink and outdoors some get up to as high as 75mph.

Good set of skates is all you need unless you are outdoors. Then I would get a helmet, gloves and the kevlar inline skating suit just in case you go down, pavement isn't that pleasant to pick out of skin.

Many good sites and stores online to get all you need. I skated as a kid and few years ago I go into inline speed skating. I am bout your size and its a great all body work out, really tones up the body.

Cruising down a wooden bike path or doing 45mph down the local streets jammin to my iPod is alot cheaper and more fun than sweating while running on a tread mill in a gym.

Pretty much the same as for anyone else.

First, make sure you're healthy enough to start an exercise program, and that means seeing your doctor for a complete physical. While you're there, ask any questions that you may see fit to ask.

Try running. Of course, if you don't like running, you could always just chase your neighbor's 3 year-old for a few hours.

your weight is just right, but you can always be healthier. walking is the best exercise, but swimming, biking, aerobics, yoga, tai chi, or a sport are all good.
